Please provide a (general) calendar link for clients to book consultant/coaching time (workshop time) with you. This is for clients to set up appointments on YOUR calendar. They will NOT receive this link until they have been vetted and filled out the pre-appointment information form that you can view before each appointment. There is a time limit of 6 - 8 hours TOTAL for every 6 months. The WMM EVolution Calendar system will keep count for you the amount of bookings you have for 6 months and remove you from availability after you have reached the limit. (6 to 8 hours TOTAL for every 6 months) We will then contact you to see if you wish to have any more bookings. You also have the ability to refuse any appointment. EVolution Squad Client Coaching - Workshop Hours

Workshop Hours: Anticipate 1 to 4 hrs per class, 2 to 4 times per year. We have a semi private model - with a pre appointment client information form you can review prior to the client workshop hours with you. However, some consultants and service providers feel that they cannot work with 2 people in one hour due to the nature of their service.

Affiliate Workshop Payment Options - Choose the hourly rate and affiliate percentage you wish to have.(Required)

Option A - $200 per hour for workshop hours & 20% affiliate fee when client purchases with you.

Option B - $75 per hour for workshop hours & 10% affiliate fee when client purchases with you.
